I offer personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling to help you achieve sustainable weight loss through realistic lifestyle changes. In our first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, relationship with food, weight loss goals, habits, and any obstacles that may be holding you back. We’ll also explore your preferred learning style so that our sessions are tailored to your needs and feel comfortable and effective. From this comprehensive assessment, we’ll create a custom plan designed to help you make lasting changes without restrictive dieting.

Our follow-up sessions are where the progress really happens! These appointments give us a chance to reflect on your achievements, troubleshoot challenges, and set new, actionable goals that keep you moving toward your weight loss and overall wellness objectives—step by step, at a pace that works for you.

Eating should be simple. You'll receive quick, easy, and convenient meal options, whether you're at home or on the go—no fancy ingredients or superfoods required. The suggested meals will not only be effortless but also absolutely delicious (we promise!).

All food groups.

Restriction and cutting out whole food groups is one of the many reasons why diets don't work. All foods can (and should!) absolutely fit into a healthy balanced diet. Learn to enjoy food in a way that fuels your body.
